EPC Champagne
Born in 2018 from the meeting of Édouard, Jérôme and Camille, the EPC house is shaking up the codes of champagne with an original model: transparency, traceability and direct involvement of the winemakers in each cuvée. Each bottle indicates its origin and composition, for an authentic and responsible champagne. EPC wines have won medals and awards, appealing to both discerning connoisseurs and the curious. A privileged partner of the "A l'Epicerie" tables, EPC embodies a modern, committed champagne that is faithful to its terroirs.
Advinam eternam
Founded by Rémi Charrier, Advinam Eternam stands for living wines that express the truth of their terroirs. Combining naturalness, respect for the environment and oenological sensitivity, each cuvée tells a unique and authentic story. A partner of A l'Epicerie, Advinam Eternam embodies a vision of wine: free, committed and deeply human.

Artisan
Aix&terra Manufacture
Inspired craftsmen, the Aix&terra factory explores the terroirs of the South to reveal the secrets of Provençal fruits, oils, condiments and sweets. Their creations enhance our dishes by showcasing exceptional ingredients: Menton lemons, PDO figs from Provence, Cavaillon melon, organic IGP garlic from the Drôme and Tanche olives from Nyons. Processed without colouring agents or preservatives, these recipes embody naturalness and excellence. Since summer 2023, Aix&terra has also been supplying the kitchens of the Élysée Palace under the brand name "Elysée Présidence de la République x Aix&terra". Many thanks to Marina Alibert and her team, whose condiments, sauces and jams can be enjoyed in our restaurants and at home in our A l'Epicerie gourmet grocery shops.
House Tourrette
For over 30 years, René Tourrette and his company have been buying and maturing farmhouse cheeses with a deep respect for the land, the animals and the season. A visionary, René Tourrette opened his restaurant in Strasbourg in 1988, and in 1989 invented the XXL cheese bell, recognised as the largest in the world by the Guinness Book of Records. Since 2020, this iconic bell has been delighting A l'Epicerie customers. A true technological showcase, it sublimates the aromas and textures of up to 60 varieties of cheese, revealing all their authenticity. "Things are only good when they taste like what they are".
