A new look for Novotel Chartres and its restaurant "A l'Epicerie" Chartres from summer 2023!
We had the pleasure of organising an "A l'Epicerie" evening on 28 September 2023 to celebrate the recent renovations and inaugurate the new living spaces at the Chartres address.
This memorable event gave customers and partners of the restaurant bar boutique "A l'Epicerie" Chartres and Novotel Chartres the opportunity to discover the changes while expressing our gratitude to the team and our suppliers for their remarkable makeover work.
Chlotilde Floret, a talented DJ, brought the evening to a brilliant close. Our Michelin-starred ambassador Julien Allano and the executive chef of "A l'Epicerie" will also be on hand. Together, they put on a show of delicious dishes such as raclettes, giant cheese bell dishes, minute meals and much more. Videos and 360-degree photos, as well as a fun workshop and a beautiful memory box rounded off this exceptional evening!
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the guests of "A l'Epicerie" and Novotel Chartres for their good humour and conviviality, which made this inauguration evening unforgettable.
