We would like to thank Events Days and The Big Green Groupe Meet&Com, as well as their exceptional panel of judges, for honouring our "From Garden to Plate" project in the innovation category.
This has become a reality in the 4* hotels in our collection. At the heart of this unique concept is the gardener-cook duo 👨🌾 👨🍳, united in an eco-responsible quest to offer the authentic flavours of the "A l'Epicerie" terroir on the plate while reducing our impact, and of course supported in this task by all our teams.

Our 'From Garden to Plate' project is an innovative initiative that aims to reduce the environmental impact of our 'A l'Epicerie' tables while offering delicious and authentic dishes to our customers. Thanks to our close collaboration between Agripolis gardeners and our 'A l'Epicerie' chefs, we are able to guarantee that a significant proportion of the produce we use is fresh, sustainable and in season. We are proud that our commitment to sustainability has been recognised and we will continue to work towards offering a quality culinary experience while respecting our environment.
