Depending on the concept, the dishes are available as: Tartines, Ravioles, Piadines, Pastries and Signature dishes and are renewed each season.

It is up to you to choose the format that suits you best: For example, with the Aix&terra Grocery Table

  • The standard [Tartines, Ravioles and cold dishes].
    A cuisine without extraction and assembly that can be operated without a chef: 25 recipes from starters to desserts, renewed every season.
  • Le bistronomique [Tartines, Ravioles and signature dishes by starred chef Julien Allano].
    A kitchen with extraction and a cook or a kitchen assistant: 35 recipes from starter to dessert renewed every season.
