A cuisine without extraction and assembly that can be operated without a chef: 25 recipes from starters to desserts, renewed every season. - Le bistronomique [Tartines, Ravioles and signature dishes by starred chef Julien Allano].
A kitchen with extraction and a cook or a kitchen assistant: 35 recipes from starter to dessert renewed every season.
