A l'Epicerie" - Our history

The story of "A l'Epicerie" and the Aix&terra factory began with the opening of the Aix&terra Table-Epicerie at Mercure Cannes Mandelieu.

Delighted by this meeting and the quality of the Manufacture's products, the two companies decided to set up a new form of collaboration. This was the start of room service offers, plates based on products from the Manufacture.

The adventure continued with the creation of the "A l'Epicerie" concept. Foodtime by Aix&terra and the opening of a first restaurant in Chantilly, then two, then three, until we reach 14 restaurants this autumn. 

In the meantime, the "A l'Epicerie" concept has been enriched by a number of partnerships. La Maison René Tourette: tables have been fitted with the world's largest cheese cloche, and the menu has been expanded to include an all-cheese range: discovery platters from all over France, raclettes, fondues, aperitif platters and à la carte cheese-based dishes. EPC wines and Champagnes. Another partnership to be shared very soon!
