Artichoke and green bean salad with fresh goat's cheese, an "A l'Epicerie" recipe

Ingredients

2 artichoke bottoms

120 g green beans

1 shallot, chervil

80gr fresh goat's cheese

8 hazelnuts

Fig pulp vinegar*,

Preparation

For our artichoke and green bean salad with fresh goat's cheese, start by cooking the beans in a pan of boiling salted water, for 4 minutes. 

Cook the artichoke hearts for 10 minutes.

Cube the fresh goat's cheese. 

Chop the shallot and chervil. Crush the hazelnuts and toast them in a frying pan without fat.

Mix the ingredients for our artichoke and green bean salad with fresh goat's cheese, add the fig vinegar and Aix&terra basil oil. Arrange the salad in a soup plate. and add the cubes of fresh goat's cheese and chervil.
